EDENBRIDGE LANDSCAPE DESIGN

The homeowners of this Edenbridge property contacted JHDG to transform their front landscape to enhance the existing curb appeal of this new build, and to create a luxurious adult area in the back offering space for sensorial reprieve, outdoor entertaining and recreation, seasonal interest and privacy.

Our design team removed the armour stone rockery and added an expansive Indiana stone landing with generous room for a feature bench. The handcrafted seat wall and columns are built using Indiana wall stone by a crew of expert masons and the gardens are planted in dramatic layers of mass to create a formal effect.

In the backyard, a covered loggia was designed and built by our team of architects and builders, with recessed panels and millwork providing a timeless feel and honours the architectural detail and elegance inside the home. A fire feature and deep seating area has been added to extend the seasons for this couple.

Our design and landscape construction team have supported the clients request to phase in construction over the last years, and look forward to completing this project with a new pool and terrace, decking, dining, dining area, fire bowls and outdoor kitchen.
